How do the sizes run?
Our products can vary in size depending on the manufacturer and model. That is why you will find a size chart with precise measurements for each item. Our tip: it is best to compare the details with a piece of clothing you already own that fits you well before placing your order. This way, you can quickly find the right size.
How do I properly care for my clothes?
To ensure you can enjoy your favorite Camping4Everyone piece for as long as possible, we recommend gentle care.
It is best to wash printed clothing inside out and cold, or according to the care label, use a mild detergent, and avoid fabric softeners. Prints should not be ironed directly. Please also always follow the care instructions on the respective product. For DTG-printed clothing, Printful also recommends a cold machine wash inside out on a gentle cycle.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are produced on demand – meaning they are only finished once you order them. This helps us avoid unnecessary inventory and overproduction.
For production and shipping, we use the international fulfillment network of our production partner, Printful. In Europe, they have their own production facilities in locations including Riga and Barcelona; additionally, there are further production and partner locations worldwide. Which production facility is used depends on factors such as the product, availability, and delivery address.
How long does shipping take?
Since many of our products are made especially for you, we first need some time for production.
Most products are produced within about 2–5 business days. After that, the actual shipping time is added. The specific delivery time depends on the product, production location, delivery country, and shipping provider.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive your shipping information and—if available—a tracking number.
How do returns or exchanges work?
Would you like to return something or is there an issue with your order? Please contact us first so that we can find the right solution together.
If your item is damaged, has a manufacturing error, or was printed incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible and send us photos of the affected item. In the event of proven production or quality defects, Printful generally provides a replacement or a refund.
For returns, cancellations, and exchanges, the cancellation and return policy published in our shop applies.
Why is my product only manufactured after the order is placed?
At Camping4Everyone, we rely on production on demand. This means: Many of our products are only printed or embroidered once your order is received.
This is how we avoid unnecessary stock and overproduction. Your new favorite item is therefore made especially for your order.
Can my order arrive in multiple packages?
Yes, that can happen. Depending on the item and availability, our products may be manufactured at different production facilities.
If you order multiple products, your order may therefore arrive in multiple packages and at different times. Of course, you will not incur any additional shipping costs as a result.
Why might the colors look slightly different?
We will ship your order as quickly as possible. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
